1. Our Intellectual Property

The AlphaGrid name, logo, brand assets, user interface, software, code, screeners, strategy templates, lessons, and all original content on the Service are the intellectual property of MergeConflict Studio LLP or its licensors, and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

2. Third-Party Content & Data

Market data, prices, and related information are sourced from third-party providers (including Zerodha Kite) and remain the property of their respective owners. Company names, ticker symbols and trademarks referenced on the Service belong to their respective holders and are used for identification and informational purposes only; their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post (community ideas, comments, scans, watchlists). By posting, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your content does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute it within the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

4. Reporting Infringement (Notice-and-Takedown)

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid infringement notices. If you believe content on AlphaGrid infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, send a written notice to our Grievance Officer at support@mergeconflict.in containing:

  • Your name, address and contact details.
  • Identification of the work or right you claim is infringed.
  • The exact location (URL or description) of the allegedly infringing content on AlphaGrid.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

On receiving a valid notice, we will review it and may remove or disable access to the reported content. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, in line with applicable IT Rules.

5. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@mergeconflict.in with your contact details, identification of the removed content and its prior location, and a good-faith statement explaining why it should be restored. We will review counter-notices and may restore the content where appropriate.

6. Repeat Infringers

We may, at our discretion, warn, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual-property rights of others.
