By accessing or using AlphaGrid (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
AlphaGrid is a stock screening, analytics, and research platform for Indian markets. We provide tools for technical analysis, backtesting, watchlists, portfolio tracking, and community discussion. AlphaGrid is not a registered investment adviser, research analyst, or broker. The Service is for educational and informational use only.
To use most features, you must create an account using a valid email address. By signing up, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
AlphaGrid offers paid Premium subscriptions on monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide via our payment partner Razorpay. Subscriptions are not auto-renewing; access expires at the end of the plan term unless you manually renew. Plan duration and pricing displayed at checkout are binding.
Our refund policy is outlined separately at alpha-grid.in/refunds. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted that policy.

Violations may result in a warning, temporary mute, or permanent account suspension at our sole discretion.
Content you post on AlphaGrid (community ideas, comments, scans, watchlists) remains your intellectual property. By posting, you grant AlphaGrid a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You are solely responsible for the legality of content you post; we may remove or hide any content at our discretion.
AlphaGrid integrates with third-party services including Zerodha Kite (market data), Razorpay (payments), Google Firebase (authentication and hosting), Resend (email), and others. Use of these services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, data errors, or actions of third-party providers.
We collect and process personal data (email, name, payment records, usage analytics) to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal data. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details. Market data displayed on AlphaGrid is sourced from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate; verify independently before acting.
AlphaGrid is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing on the Service — including screener output, backtest results, AI-generated summaries, community posts, or strategy templates — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or solicitation to buy or sell any security. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions and any resulting profits or losses. Consult a SEBI-registered adviser before making investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaGrid, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or data errors. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upstream provider outages, or technical issues. We are not liable for losses or missed opportunities caused by Service unavailability.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, at our sole discretion. On termination, your access to paid features ends immediately; refer to the refund policy for any applicable refunds.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
